I do great with low cal meals, then I give in to cravings like bread and chocolate. Wish I could go live on my own for a few weeks to get my head into the right zone to ignore cravings.
147.7 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
