Gained a pound - not a surprise as we have just returned from a short break to West Bay which was delightful. 🙂
144.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Elizabeth, sorry to hear you are in lockdown again 🤔. I do think a national lockdown would be beneficial for everyone. Our decision to go away for a couple of nights was very last minute, (and not without trepidation). We had not been away for even one night for over a year and it coincided with our wedding anniversary. Let's hope 2021 brings us all closer to normality.
