October 18, 2020 Sunday weight dropped dramatically to 156 when I accidentally upset my stomach by eating yoghurt which was a little too aged. Sometimes, even when the date on the carton is good enough, the acid content gets too high. Of course, being lactose intolerant, I usually take lactaid, but in that case when I do not . . . .
