I have been sticking with low carb - except for lashings of red wine, sigh. I will be out of lockdown and back on the road in the motorhome late next week so the wine will be cut right back then. Slow and steady, she says hopefully, eyeing off 82kg to begin 2021.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You'll be amazed, not drinking wine made me lose 2kg in a week, get your fave low cal drink stocked up, nice glass, wedges of citrus, ice cubes... you'll feel better in the morning too. Good luck!

I used to drink red wine every night when I got back from work and with a meal. Then also a few chocolates with it whilst watching the telly. 😲 Now, Fri/Sat only! Same with a few chocolates. Boy has that made me feel more awake in the morning and given me a good night’s sleep too. Oh, and I’ve lost nearly 4K’s in 11 days too! Never stop believing 👏💪😎

how do you manage to stay with a healthy balanced diet while on the road in the motor home? we don't have an oven (or even a kitchens sink !) here at this house and it removes sooo many recipes from the equation. also my bf's mother HATES the smell of garlic (one of my very favourite ingredients) and also hates onion so I can't cook with garlic unless I sneak out in the dead of night to cook with, it hoping she isn't awake or that I'll wake her with the garlic smell. I don't get it, garlic tastes/smells amazing! so I'm curious how you keep that balance while on the road. do you have the full range of kitchen appliances in the M.H? Would be an incredible way to get around and see new places!
