wootwoot - day 2!

Slept pretty okay last night, which is rare. looking forward to enjoying some coffee this morning out of love and not desperation! Looking forward to going on a walk in a few.

I WILL continue to eat only good things and enjoy them as good things. This weight WILL come off as slowly and quickly as it came on.

220.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 60.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
