happy day 1.

I WILL lose 50# that I gained from the trauma and grief of loss a year and a half ago and covid weight. I have control of this.

this year has been a shitshow for everyone in the world. now is the time for me to stop letting it effect my health.

I've done it before and I'll do it again.
