Now I know why I avoided stepping on the scale. Finals week was not good.. or, more specifically, I was not good to myself. Also, logged yesterdays calories in today's spot.. so I just deleted everything and am actually on today. lol Oops.. I think my phone jumped ahead and I didn't notice. Still not in a good mood today, but I'm determined to not let that affect my eating habits. I need to stop putting on weight, and focus on my goals. Today is the last day of exams, and I should be back home by 3.. so there is no reason why I shouldn't be able to get my exercise in once I get home. Maybe focusing on the treadmill and ab exercises with Wii fit for cardio (using ankle and wrist weights) will be a good plan to start with..
