I hope I am doing this right. When I sign onto the challenge I see a lot of the progress of others, but I do not see how I can post my progress in the same way. Since I can't figure it out I will write about it so everyone knows :) I did not walk or run today... instead I went swimming! I should still be able to hit the 14 mile mark... We shall see. On Monday I walked 2.7 miles and tomorrow I am planning on doing at least 2.5 that way after tomorrow (the 3rd day) I will be at 6 miles for the week. anywho... good luck to everyone! I will post again tomorrow after my morning walk/jog!

Hi fish, everything is there when you do your weigh in. Just goto "MYFATSECRET" on the tabs above & select "Weigh In". Good job on the exercise.
