It is slow going, but now I have altered it a bit. I am in a very laid back Phase 2. I don't pass up sweets as often as I should according to the rules, but I have really changed my eating habits and I think it will stay. That is the main thing, to change my lifestyle and not just do a fad diet.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week
