went a little over today...thats what happens when i eat breakfast. ugh! didnt actually weigh myself since i do that mornings, but felt the need to write the journal entry and it does a weigh in at the same time from my phone app
177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

don't feel bad about that. I reckon it is important to have breakfast everyday. but I don't think that it has to be breakfast food. I had cream crackers with Brussels pate and garlic, banana and hazelnut yoghurt for breakfast today! I am looking to reduce my carbs intake and increase my exercise. forever positive!
