Has been going to the gym at least 3 days a week now for over a month. I feel pretty good and I know the weight is coming off fast but I want it off faster. I need to stay away from sweets more and to stop snacking! I do best on the days I go to the gym. Its a horrible time of the year to watch you eating at work because everyone is bringing in food.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 93.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
