Was low on calories yesterday (though I ate well), yet I gained weight. Eat less, weigh more. Not a good trend. Must stop weighing more than once a week.
294.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 74.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have had that happen to me several times. It is very discouraging. I was told it was due to the total amount of sodium I had those days. check that level and it is above 1500mg...then that might be why. Keep pushing for your goal. You are doing great. Kim
