OK so I AM back in control....
now to loose the next 10 kilos
and the next 3 dress sizes
I started as a 44, am down to 40-38 SO I was an 18 UK a 14 US
I am now a 12 UK and 8 US (38-40 on the edge of)
want to get down to 36-34 which is 8 UK and 4 US
which always felt fine.

Diet followed 100%.
