Doing great with exercise...still high keytose...wishing weight would come off faster...wanted to reach 190 this week but 192 is more likely. We will have to take what we can...slow and steady
195.4 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
