I haven't been gaining any weight or losing any weight. I'm eating really healthily and still doing everything the way I was doing it before, so I'm probably at a "plateau" and need to tweak my diet and exercise plan a bit.

125.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are so right about being at a plateau, plateau's serve a purpose, they let our bodies adjust to our prior weight losses. And yes, just tweak a bit and you will see the scale move down. Keep up the good work and you are so wise to recognize that you are at a plateau instead of just giving up.

I believe you can go thru this plateau problem easily. Don't give up.
