staying more active which is the key. i eat reasonably well and just can't cut more stuff out without being totally miserable. i love bread!!
173.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week

Tell me about it! You have to have something you love in your diet. I can can live without bread but for me I have to a little bit of chocolate.
