I did not eat all of the food, but I did stay away from the soda, which is normally quite difficult for me. I am not too happy with my progress. I did make it to the gym or walk around the neighborhood. So overall I have done well so far.

I know it is tough when the weightloss is slow or stalled completely. I always try to remind myself that slow weightloss is permanent weightloss, which makes it worth it. Keep it up, your doing great!
