Finally reached this goal of 85kg, now for the biggie: 82kg by 01Jan21. So, I have put it out there. I last weighed 82kg 8 years ago.

187.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
