2 ingredient dough WW.
1/2 cup ff plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup self rising flour
Mix, knead 2 minutes, let sit 5 minutes.
Shape into 4 rolls, bake on cookie sheet with parchment paper or spray oil 375 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. 2 rolls = 3 smart points, 1 Tbs low fat butter 1 smpoint. Sooo good for breakfast with a hot cup of coffee!
