trying hard still walking..today going to take a break from walking,though
Anxious to get under the 200 lb. mark but need more patience...
Just going to keep on doing what I am doing.))
202.0 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
