Keystone back on track...survived a rough day for craving every fast food hamburger around....luckily I rationalized that it was too late for me to eat it. Proud I survived the night.
196.8 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
