My 90 days is up and I didn't quite make my goal. :( No reason to give up now. I'll keep trying to achieve it. I think the kickboxing is helping. After my work-out, once the exhaustion wears off, I'm energized and ready to go for more!
146.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
