Well, tried to stay in deficit at the weekend but definitely had some bad carbs, so hopefully this is just a bit of carb storage and will be quickly undone.
It definitely made my morning body pump MUCH easier though!
211.0 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 47.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
