Keep coming off! I realized that you need to do some sort of exercise regardless if it isn't the typical hour in the gym. Get up and move. The exercise journal has sitting and standing as an exercise. If you are doing either, keep track of how long. You will be surprised as to how much you are burning throughout the day.


****Update
I was able to increase the amount of time that I jogged compared to walking to make my mile. whoohoo! I also increased my time from 13.22 to 12.39 for my mile. Two more days for the one mile and I am hoping to be able to jog the last 1 1/2 laps to go the whole way and make my time 12.0 flat at least.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
