I have! My goal changed as I lost weight. When I first started, I was going to be happy to get into the 180s. Then I wanted to get to 180, then 175... 170.. the 160s and the 160. That was my ultimate goal. I haven't weighed 160 since high school. Now I am happy where I am... though I won't lie 155 might be fun to get to. Realistically 160 +/_ 2 lbs is where I am going to try to maintain.
