Ugh after infusion abd eating less calories.
Took Alaric and Potassium
I’m looking forward a loss tomorrow.
194.4 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I normally actually lose in infusion day. I weigh daily. Just me. Always sane time sane way. Very precise. I have 7 autoimmune disorders. Adrenal, endocrine and the inflammation is unreal. I am having a hard time losing since October. I’m doing 1200 calories. So the Rheumatologist says eat more you’ll burn it. I am not very mobile. I don’t look my weight at all thankfully. I did about 1300 calories and gained like crazy. My metabolism is just gone. I’m eating right. I have free days. I don’t constantly eat sweets or treats though. I don’t really snack. No one can help me. I se tons of specialists. They all say I’m doing the right e. Af least I can say I’m walking now. I was in a wheelchair for 8 Yrly. The drs said I’d always be there. I was like you don’t tell me I can’t it won’t. There is no mountain. I did change my diet completely I went off all pain meds add use hemp abc alternative meds. I bf was able to get off 3 other meds. I lost 14 lbs. Now I’m at 7.6 as of yesterday am. I’m hoping you are right! Im walking without a walker around my home avd on flat ground. On slopes inisexszwakher. I have to use the wheelchair for distance. I’m doing yoga abd stretching exercises I’m blessed I just want this water fine. Thanks got your support.

You can worry your body into keeping all that fat on if you don’t get enough calories. It actually decreases your metabolism. Best way to increase metabolism is to increase exercise and calorie intake. But watch your macros as well. I have to make sure my fat and protein are high enough bc I always get enough carbs.

I have major health issues and can’t properly do any cardio. I do all I can. I walk, but I’m limited. I never starve myself and my metabolism is gone due to Adrenal Insufficiency, I have 5 drs and FS trying to help. I have SLE Lupus and 7 other autoimmune disorders. Chronic inflammation. I’m also an incomplete paraplegic. I use a wheelchair for distance and a walker for uneven ground. The drs can’t explain it, but I’m walking. I do modified yoga and stretching. I walk as much as I can. It’s been a true struggle. Nearly a year and I lost 14 lbs, but now back up to only 10 lbs lost. I’m going back to 1200-1300 calories. I do extra protein, try to limit carbs, and sweets. I do treat myself though and I have a free day. I take meds for inflammation. It’s a daily battle. When my protein is higher than my fat, that’s when I lose. That’s a tough one. I won’t stop! My motto-Never give up-Nevef stop smiling! 💜 Thank you for your support!
