☺️ I’m making progress again! I had a hard time sticking to 12pm-8pm eating window. I’d eat something small in the afternoon, feel full until like 5pm and then scramble to get the rest of my calories in for the last few hours. I wouldn’t be able to hit my calorie goal for that day and then get RAVENOUS right before bed (~11pm), and most nights eat a few things but still remain within my TDI. Doing that caused me to always have weight fluctuation when I weighed myself every morning, so I couldn’t properly tell if I was even losing or not. Last night I finally refrained from eating late and just drank a shit ton of tea and water when I got snacky before bed time lol. Hopefully I can not eat past 8pm tonight too! Wish me luck.
136.8 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
