I wasn’t feeling well this morning, so I went back to bed after getting my daughter to school. A nice 4 hour nap and I’ve lost weight since this morning! I think I’ll go sleep for another 4 hours and see if I can lose more today! Lol! No, no time, I have a chiropractor appointment for my back. Looking forward to that appointment because I’ve been in pain for a few days. I pray everyone is having a wonderful day! Hey, if you don’t like what the scale says, go back to bed! Lol! I think I’ll get that put on a t-shirt!😁
