So, I lost a pound this week from walking everyday. And 2 days ago, i didn't walk or anything. and yesterday I walked a lot, and today I got on the scale and I had gained back that 1 pound. wtf?! So this week I am going to make sure to walk at least 5k steps everyday, and do pilates 3 times this week, and not eat after 8pm. And see what my results are at the end of the week. If that doesn't work, I'll have to go back to counting calories, which is hard work. maybe I should just cut sweets and juice out. :(

REmember when you exercise, your muscles can retain water (they get little tears in the fibers and water replaces them to help them heal). So if you walk more than you usually do, you can see a temporary gain on the scale. It could also be sodium, hormones, or one of many more factors that can effect our water weight (our bodies are made up of 60% water). If you weigh daily, expect to see the scale to go up and down sometimes. We don't have control over it. Drink plenty of water and stay on plan and it will all work out.
