Up a little weight during my vacay. Starting today, doing 30 min cardio every morning, weights in the evening, and scaling back the carbs. Time to get 'er done.
268.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
