I had to scale back my exercise even more due to my injured foot which is not getting well. My foot is not healing. I think it is due to the Lupus, but I have a doctors appointment to check it out. I am glad to see the scale still moving in the right direction.
188.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 53.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
