A slight gain after not keeping proper track of food intake. I am back on it. I am also back on my net diary and calorie counting program.

Wild week at work, Flood in county Bts room knocked out 70% of county software for 2 days, it got fixed last night, county has old servers ( Lol Draglist we are probably a caveman to your technology)

Good news I was able to get 85% caught up on paperwork with no walk in customers. And We are 75% getting out of super busy season!
