So I had alot of wine last night and when I weighed myself this morning I almost cried I'm back up 😭😭
240.3 lb Lost so far: 14.7 lb.    Still to go: 70.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Alcohol is a dehydrant. Your body counters by storing fluids. Drink water and walk it off. You'll see a loss in 48 hours.
