i have really changed what I eat also I add golden milk and MCT oil and 5 times a week I run 2.5 miles and walk a half mile to cool down and I have an exercise bike yes I still get pain in lower left leg but I rap it twice with ace and a shin splint i getting ready now and use adidas running ap. I like to run to Walmart about 1.5 miles then walk through Walmart then run back home that's what I do well 5 miles and will call it a day
