DAY 3 ANOTHER POUND DOWN YEAH! I DON'T EVEN FEEL LIKE I'M DIETING!
JUST CUTTING THE MEALS IN HALF!

SMALLER DINNER
AND TEA
AND 1 WEIGHT WATCHER PUDDING INSTEAD OF THREE OR FOUR!
MIND YOU I DID HAVE A FEW YESTURDAY!
GO ME YEAH MAYBE I CAN BE 9 STONE AGAIN FOR CHRISTMAS!
134.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
