I am losing weight, exercising every day of my vacation-but I need to make sure Im within my calorie limits every day. Its easier at work because I have only a lunch break & a 15 min. break in the afternoon. I notice when Im at home I tend to eat alot in the morning and then by dinner I dont have that many calories left at dinner............
