I've done awful awful awful. No excuses, just letting things get to me and being weak. Not anymore. I'm back on track as of this morning and there is no stopping me now. Nothing and no one will get in my way of getting healthy.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.5 lb a week

Good luck! Stay strong :) It's all worth it in the end. Even though the process to get there may seem like your robbing yourself of all that good stuff.

That's a great attitude...now print that and put it on your fridge as a daily reminder of what you REALLY want :)
