I don't fully understand why I'm gaining weight.
128.7 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Is it that time of the month? Hormones can make our water weight go up. Are you eating too much sodium? Processed foods contain tons of sodium and effect people in different ways. Sodium can make us retain water and make the scale temporarily go up. Are you changing or adding new exercise? Exercise can cause our muscles to retain water and make the scale temporarily go up. Did you have a day of eating more carbs than usual? So many things effect the scale. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. It's normal for the scale to fluctuate all day and it's normal to have some gains on a weight loss journey. Weight loss isn't linear (unless you are seriously lucky).
