Today is another spike. I gained back to 138.2, but I won't complain. Everytime a spike comes, it spikes to LESS than last time. Which of course means, that I am losing weight over all, spikes or no spikes.

It was just a week or two ago that I whined about not being able to get under 140! Now I am complaining that I got BACK UP to 138.2. :)

Life is indeed good.
304.7 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 117.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
