I’ve been stuck around this weight for a while, I’ve been eating late again. I’ve been pretty good about not going over my calories most days. I’m not going to decrease my RDI calories, I know I should just be eating earlier but I have no appetite in the morning or afternoon. I need to try harder to keep my eating window before 8 or 9pm.
138.6 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 September 2020:
1114 kcal Fat: 47.11g | Prot: 53.24g | Carb: 116.77g.   Lunch: Pork Spareribs (Lean Only Eaten), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Added in Cooking), Chow Mein Chinese Noodles . Dinner: Shrimp Tempura, Vegetable Tempura, Jasmine Rice (Cooked), Spicy Salmon Rolls. Snacks/Other: No Name Old Cheddar Cheese, Quaker Crispy Minis Butter Popcorn. more...

if you are not hungry or don't have time to eat much earlier in the day maybe small snack size meals often during the day might work? They say its all about the calorie count but eating near bed time does make a difference.

Yeah I do notice it makes a difference, for sure. Unfortunately even small snacks are tough for me to want to eat, but I’m gonna meal plan a little so I don’t just stand in front of my fridge / pantry trying to decide what to eat and then give up lol
