Good morning! Week 2 begins. Trying to gain control of my food addiction and learning in a painfully slow way, why I haven't been able to fill that hole. The Good Lord is holding my hand.
224.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 61.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
