B: 33.7 F: 50.7 W: 33.8 % Seem to not be fluctuating (re whoosh theory etc) but just improving gradually in line with weight loss. I've lost at least 3kg since I started this diet 2 weeks ago and probably a bit more as I didn't step on the scales until day 5. Pleased with that.
