IF- Keto free falling.
This is seeming much easier than a year ago Aug 28th when, I made the life changing decision to stop eating laboratory experiments and to give real complete foods a try.
I'd never say to anyone that, my way of eating is for you and it's the only way to loose weight and become healthy.
I like FS Because of the wide variety of ppl, and there goals .
keep rockin it Y'all.
Be kind to yourself, and being kind to others will naturally occure😉
170.6 lb Lost so far: 66.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
