Worked out hard yesterday. I feel like I'm looking better but more importantly, I do feel stronger. The gym is so close, it is easy and quick to get there.
168.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
