Sooo flat.
I've not found a way on mobile to record how I've stuck to the diet (poorly, 100%, reasonably well etc) so the default seems to be 'reasonably well'. In fact I've been sticking to it 100%, 800 cals a day with one exception when I was at about 1300. I've definitely hit a scales mini-plateau but I feel like clothes are loosening up etc so just going to keep the faith. Moving to 5:2 phase the day after tomorrow and looking forward to adding in more fruit and veg and a few carbs here and there.
215.8 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
