Crazy! There's been times when I've been very diligent about my diet and weight 3 pounds more the next day. Yesterday for my Birthday I savored many decadent foods and yet gained less than a half a pound go figure. ;-)
122.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
