Couldn't sleep on an empty stomach so made more adjustments regarding eating after 7p, etc. Same exercise routine, for now, though i have increased reps & hold time. Didn't bugger with my free day. (The exciting thing is that i will wait to have ice cream & cake until a very specific celebration which i will share with you at the time!👍😁) Am eating less calories overall.
