First day back at Fat Secret amid the Covid crisis. Spent the first few months of 2020 eating crap. In San Diego now and I'm much more active. Need to get my body in shape and preserve my knee joint. Need to slow weight. Goal - 160. Mini goal is to lose 8 pounds in 4 weeks. I just estimated my weight for today. Tomorrow will be an accurate reading.
