Arrggghhh I don't know why my weight loss has slowed down so much, im exercising every single day!! It's so annoying =[
241.0 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

According to your chart, you have lost close to 20 pounds in a little over 3 weeks. That is a huge loss. Our bodies naturally start to slow down. Two pounds a week is great. If you lose more than that, you are losing muscle. Muscle is what burns calories, so you are building that with exercise. You are also giving your skin more time to bounce back. Huge loss's means saggy skin. You are doing great. Patience and persistance will get you to your goal.

Yeah I know I was just having a bad day, I know how well I have done... almost 20 packs of butter have come off in 4 weeks. Im very proud =] I also weight train every day... different muscles everyday anyway so I don't eat away at muscle.
