I have been at a standstill or a plateau for a few weeks. I need to increase my water consumption and exercise. I won’t weigh in again until Monday or Tuesday since I am planning a cheat day tomorrow.
224.2 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 120.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
